Genuine Engineering is proud to support the renewal of a long-standing client relationship through the redesign of a premier cosmetic retail store located in Vaughan Mills, one of the largest and most visited shopping centres in Vaughan. Originally completing the Mechanical & Electrical engineering design for this space in 2016, our team was once again entrusted to deliver a modernized, efficient, and code-compliant system upgrade as the client prepares for their next phase of growth.

This project reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions that support both operational performance and an elevated customer experience. Our scope includes full M&E engineering design for the upcoming renovation, integrating enhanced HVAC performance, efficient lighting solutions, and improved power distribution tailored to the demands of a contemporary retail environment.
